Discussing upgrading to Unifi with my brother. Question raised is, if one upgrades to X Mb and find it insufficient, can one upgrades it again within weeks to a higher bandwidth? I know the contract is for 2 years.

Thanks.

Upgrade is fine but not downgrade.
Once upgrade, the contract refreshes again...

I have bad experience with Unifi. I had installation supposed happened today but installer didn't show up. Call 100 multiple times but nothing happened except them saying will escalate to second level.

They gave me installer handphone number but call him, no one picked up.

Assistance?

package is 30mbps dl, but never goes beyond 20 mbps.... miscap right ?  hmm.gif  or are other getting a similar result to US server ?

only rare instances i get 30mbps dl is local download or peering.

Don't put too much hope on getting full speed to the US. The international link is heavily used and shared by many users.
