Sorry to barge in here.

Why IPv6? Faster? More stable?

Easy to set it up?

Sorry, I am non IT guy.

Thanks.

Try doing a speedtest with LAN cable. It could be the WiFi that is limiting your network.

For those who still wonder how UniFi Advance (previously known as UniFi 30 Mbps) breakdown of charges, please refer to this attachment, a snapshot of the Service Details section of my latest bill.

In short, UniFi Advance is RM169 per month and compulsory to choose a HyppTV pack (minimum RM30, mine is Ruby Pack 2 @ RM40).

For existing users who upgrade via Telemarketing channel, you may still enjoy free calls to TM landlines and 10 sen/min to other national numbers. In my bill, I still enjoy the free calls (did make some TM landline calls which are not shown in the bill) and two calls to mobile lines at 10 sen/min as shown.

Otherwise, you will be charged 20 sen/min under this new package , unless you opt for the Voice Add-on for RM20 per month that gives you free calls to TM landlines for 600 mins, and calls to national numbers at 10 sen/min.

All prices quoted here excluding GST

Thanks.

I have read that article this morning (plus other articles on how to set IPv6 though not very clear to me. Ha)

Hope the free call is still in the package for Unifi.

Cheerio.

Good afternoon guys, I was wondering whether you can help me here.

Recently, I brought a brand new gaming router for gaming and it says it could be use for UniFi because they made a video on how to configure it. And I did what the video told me to do, every step. But when I was done with it, there wasn't any connection on the router at all.

It is the Netgear Nighthawk X6 router.

I called 100 but they said installation postponed due to rain. Now reschedule me to end of the month. A bit ridiculous to have installation to end of month since not my fault you don't want come early and didn't inform me at all that you all cannot come.

Anyway to hasten installation process? I don't want wait so long.

Guys, I have a problem with my modem, Asus modem. Either it'll keep disconnected or slow speed. Is there anyone here knows the best configuration for Asus router? I've upgraded to 30mbps. This problem started after i upgraded.
Could it be the unifi white box (modem?)? If i reset it, will it need to be re-configure?

I did online application for Unifi but could not select any UNIFI 30 plus Ruby pack. Anyone has any idea how to select UNIFI 30 through only application?

Thanks

My installation is due tomorrow but according to TMnet, not yet in system so not confirmed. When they call me to confirm, I will change my package to this new one too. Much better.
