I.. Don't know about that. I mean, usually it doesn't make a difference to TM in separating VIP/personal and Biz users.

Only diff I know of is that if there are any downtime or very slow speed, TM must resolve the matter within 12 hours.

Usually I get connected to 118/60/124 range, has been like this for the past 5 years. Sometimes I still get the 175 range.

Well, is normal. The higher speed you get, the more easier you will get what P1 said before : lagi potong stim laugh.gif
That's why I only go for VIP5 as I know such problems sure will happens.
To really get stable 30mbps at all times, for a third world country with fourth world mentality, it will take another 10-20 years.

I'm not sure but it seems mine comes with free voice, I didn't install my phone set so cannot verify for you.


I just reached home and wasn't around last weekend, FB issue seems fixed. No more slow loading. rclxm9.gif

I am staying is Petaling Jaya, DJ. Got this 8pm -12am peak hour issue lately. FB videos and youtube slow like 56kbps time. Annoying. using open DNS, google DNS all the same. Its too much trouble to power cycle the router, so am not sure if that helps.

I'm new unifi 30mbps user from Bayan Lepas, Penang. Just installed last Saturday. I have no problem streaming youtube 1080p during peak hours. As for facebook i can't comment because i seldom use it.

Last week had issues with Facebook but today no issue already. Finally. I always do not have issue with YouTube 1080p, so I guess I will save my SKMM complaint for now.

From what I've heard, 124...?

But to be honest, no matter the IP range that I get, I've always gotten full speed from my plan unless there is some cable eaten by sharks and other undersea aliens.

If i need to buy a lan cable for my unifi router to my hypptv box. Longer one...

Can i buy any lan cable rj45 in the store out there (prepack)?

I sometime heard the term "pc to pc" & "pc to network", is it important.?

Don't want to buy the cable then cannot be used...
