I am staying is Petaling Jaya, DJ. Got this 8pm -12am peak hour issue lately. FB videos and youtube slow like 56kbps time. Annoying. using open DNS, google DNS all the same. Its too much trouble to power cycle the router, so am not sure if that helps.do u all face internet speed slow for 10mbps？
