That is true, but some of us have do spend a lot of time trying to get back onto 124.*.*.* everytime we lose it  wink.gif.

I must be quite lucky then? I've 110/118/124/60 ranges. First 3 are frequent & similar and i've only seen 60 a couple of times. Even so, also no 'peak hour' issue. Touchwood smile.gif

What does the 'Grade' in the speedtest result mean? How can we improve it?

I used to get ping below 20ms and around 4.7Mbps for download and upload on VIP5, but the grade display always 'B' or 'B-'.... doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

Bandar Utama/TTDI here.

I have mostly 110 and 60 since upgrading to Unifi 30. They have no peak hour issues for me either, and are fine 90% of the time. But 124 is much more rare for me, but seems to be best when I need to download and stream at peak efficiency. It maintains over 28Mbps for hours. The others tend to dip to 20-24Mbps every so often. Hence the need for me to cycle the modem when I need the reliability.

I just got my UNIFI installed last Saturday and I tried to load youtube videos via the in-built Browser (HyppTV Box) and this error keeps popping up "There is a problem with this website's security certificate".

It was perfectly fine after installation but the error pops up after approximately 3 hours later. Persisted until today. Tweeted for online support and the potato customer service asked me to ask my TV vendor -.-

I have my HyppTV box connected via Wifi.

Help? =(

Grade is they compare whole world wide internet which user use their site to test the speed, and they saved it in their server and compare with other speed, then calculate it and give grade.

Only way to improve grade is upgrade the speed. Malaysia max speed ISP provide is 100mpbs so u upgrade it and test, let us know tongue.gif

Just go to TM Point UTC Pudu, it opens daily until 10.00 p.m.
It is closed between 7-8 p.m. for break and opens sharp at 8.00 p.m. I did mine there last Wednesday, no issue at all. I didn't take leave and took my own sweet time there via LRT. biggrin.gif

That's nice to hear... Hmm mine's actually a little biased to 124. Peculiar huh? Wish things improve for you in the near future

Yes, i used that NewMedia server. Yes, SGIX test same behavior as yours.

Already edit the post much earlier to state that the results are not random yea. Only servers that seem to work well with TM network/my ip range & vice versa were shown. There are results of servers on the 'same location' that cannot even deliver 20% speed & similar ping of what was shown. Just trying to check if 'everything else made equal' can we get 'full speed' from anywhere? Yes probably can. It's for... uhh.... download purposes tongue.gif

Don't know, didn't ask but I suspected yes.
Anyway, just three months for me. I got my package in July and renewed again in Oct, that's acceptable for me rather than me paying additional RM 20 for 2 years.

If you don't mind me asking, whereabouts are you located in PJ.

Would be nice to know where the 124-biased ports are located. Must be an area that TM has optimised because they don't want to incur the wrath of the Datuks and/or corporate figures living in and around. wink.gif

If anyone is facing slow connection, try using other DNS.

It may trick the server to use another CDN.

yes, great discussions here, to be frank, it's unfair somehow. at least now we know the ip ranges that are stable, will try to get those ip and test it during peak hours, will not go to skmm at the moment, facebook slow seems affecting everyone, probably fb issue i assume?
