Just got my discount at tm point kl for my 30mbps..after dis, dont trust any promo' bs they give..siao eh, need customer to come over request disc, if those who dont know bout this new rate, sure they untung big2 one..
Now everynight speed slow like turtle..hmm |

To help me to get the free calls included in the 30 Mbps RM189 package, I need help from those who managed to get the free calls included in your Unifi Advance package if you applied at TM Point. PM me the TM Point location (e.g., PJ, Subang) I can then give the list to the Sarawak TM manager when he calls and he can cross check with his counter parts in W Msia. Beside economic progress, Sarawak lags behind in things like this. Not up to date to the practices in W Msia and tends to stick to the old routines. Many thanks!  |

just came back from TMpoint Shah Alam, quite a pleasant experience, sweet CS handled my issue, she encourages customers that currently on VIP20 that have discount, not to upgrade since its the best sweet spot at the moment, especially you prioritize gaming, streaming, & etc. Eye witnessed a lady that slams the receipt to the table and yell to the CS, come on, please be civilized.

 Our latest budget. I assume the billion is mainly for infrastructure work. Can we expect some more broadband discount packages coming up in the next few weeks/months? |

Hello, is it true now for 30 mbps is rm179 only? I think i just upgrade from 10mbps to 30mbps last 3 months and I am paying rm199. What sorcery is this?

Recently upgrade to advance plan 50mpbs RM219 + Ruby Pack RM40.

I went to TM Point Kepong this morning. They gave me the discount in the form of "Migrate to RM179" package.
I still can't see the RM20 special discount under MyServices but i have the RM20 Resenital Voice. How do I know i already gotten the discount? Thanks  |
