I just called TM via 100, and they told me I cannot upgrade via phone? only VIP packages are done through phone.. what BS is this?

Will there be a difference in equipments used in VIP5 VS Adv 30?
Hard for me to take leave on a weekday to accommodate the technicians at home I assumed it was an easy 'plan' change over their system.. |

Still waiting for the upgrade to take place.. Wonder how long they need just to click a few buttons. TM sales guy didn't give me a reference number so I can check with them via 100, he just mentioned "ok u will receive an sms when it is upgraded, then u restart your modems"
Anyone here upgraded via phone? how long does it take? |

Just called 100, apparently my order to upgrade was not received by the system. Odd how the salesperson in TM spends 5 minutes explaining T&C and verification then does not apply for the upgrade....
