SAME HERE!

luckily now i know im not the only one, same using unifi 30 advance (but not sure TM has upgraded mine or not, someitmes get arnd 30mbps, sometime is 4-5mbps )

all browsers same issue and that only happens to Facebook, other sites loading has no issue

mine can fetch around 30mbps but it just fluctuate too frequent till i dont know whether im on VIP5 or 30mbps

i tried doing speedtest and sometimes it will have around 13mbps, sometimes it will be around 4-5mbps

app store still the same, but out of 10 times there's 1 or 2 times which it can load as normal

whats wrong actually, streamyx seems to be more stable if thats the case lol .. i've just upgraded to unifi few days ago and so many issues

i see.. ok now one question all sifus sifus here..i know vpn stands for virtual private network but how do i set it up or configure it ya?

so fast updated...mine waited one week plus still show VIP5 after upgrade to advance 30

called them and ask, tell me in progress on upgrading

really need some advice here..i dont know what is TM doing regarding the unifi upgrade

17/10/15 - visited TM poimt pandan indah to apply the upgrade from VIP 5 to unifi 30mbps RM179, the staff told me due to saturday, my account will only be updated to 30mbps on monday.

on that day itself, i went back and did a speed test and suddenly found out my speed is around 30mbps

went to TM unifi portal to check my account, still show VIP 5, thought of their system never update yet

however since sunday onwards, it has gone back to speed around 5mbps and sometimes can go up to 10+ mbps but i dont think its even half of the 30mbps speed

till today, called TM everyday and ask about my status, they tell me its under progress...asked them whats the progress now and how long needed..cannot answer "itu i tak pasti, tak tau la"

i just wanna ask anyone else has the same situation with me?

saw most of you here who did their upgrade/change of plan can be updated within 24hours

but mine already 4 working days still not updated and FINALLY today my unifi portal show this status

HAHAHA u cant imagine how many times i called TM 100 within the past 4 days

9 out of 10 times..its either they tell me they need to transfer me to here there everywhere to holland and nobody answer for more than 20mins (yes i meant that)

i called them every day and no answer given, some i give them the reference number they say in progress, i ask them shud b 24hours right? "ya..tapi i tak tau kenapa case ni lain la..ataupun i transfer you kpd account update dept..

sincerely, i felt this forum can provide more information than them

same case here...

took more than 7 days (including 5 working days) and it has not been upgraded yet, i dont know what is so difficult and everyone is trying to push their responsibilities to one another. tomorow im going back to TM point pandan indah and ask them what is wrong..called 100 everyday and no answer given, worst still they tell me they cant check what is the progress because it is done by tm point so i need to check with tm point pandan indah what sort of bshit is this?


good for you bro..but make sure u check ur unifi OCC

probably they haven upgraded yet, check ur unifi occ whether ur account has been changed to 30mbps package or not

i upgraded last saturday, no changes had been made till today and TM cant do anything when i ask them whats the problem

why everyone's upgrade can be done so fast...but mine

btw then maybe u can complaint about slow speed since urs already on 30mbps package...
