QUOTE(LovelyPotato @ Sep 19 2015, 10:42 PM) but i saw forumer said TM point will not allow me to retain free calls right? And also if hypptv box is broken will they replace a new one for me? Or do I have to pay for a replacement? if you call and ask for the package, they will not allow you to retain the free call ~if hypptv box is broken, call 100 and technician will come and check, believe if really need to replace then you might need to bear the cost. this is what the TM sales person told me. you may try your luck by logging a inquiry at occ.unifi mention that some sales person call you for upgrade, ask them contact you again ~ (this can retain the free call, will confirm on next billing date) |

QUOTE(LovelyPotato @ Sep 19 2015, 10:20 PM) QUOTE(fruitie @ Sep 19 2015, 10:40 PM) You can call 100 and they will need someone from sales team to contact you. If you walk in to TMpoint, you will not get your free calls anymore.Else walking in to the nearest TM Point is the fastest way. Yes, 5Mbps upload speed. Well, that one needs special arrangement from the sales team. Only by calling 100, you may ask for it |

QUOTE(kernel123 @ Sep 20 2015, 11:57 AM) anyone here cant reach full speed of 30Mbps when downloading using IDM /torrent? Here also using 30Mbps. It's been like that since last week. Your 17Mbps is considering good already. Mine sometimes got only 5-10Mbps. currently using 30Mbps unifi, upgraded from VIP10 ..speed test got full 30Mbps but when downloading can get max 17Mbps Speedtest is good. Youtube 1080p running smooth. But download is bad. Suspecting that TM is messing up the international routing. |

Guys, sorry for another questions which I forgot to ask earlier.
Will there be any charges if I apply Unifi VIP 20 but later I cancel the application when technician found out that they will need to drill my wall to upgrade wires? |
