why did my bill this month had another 50 add in as the hypptv residential? i thought its included?

You will see RM 169 for Internet, assuming if you are taking 30Mbps. It will be separated. smile.gif

Yes, you will be forced to take the hypptv. However, you cam exclude it from the subscription and take the basic free channel only, but the price still remain as the package. This what I'm doing now.

My mistake for using wrong phrase because when I signed my VIP 5, I said that I don't want any package for hypptv and they just gave me the basic one . BTW, can I terminate the hypptv entirely after 1 year. Do I have any discount for that?

I believe the basic ones you mean here are the free channels. The old VIP packages all come with free channels and TM will NOT allow you to unbundle it.

Common problem for UniFi. doh.gif It is having problem with Apps Store. doh.gif
Also 30Mbps is not a VIP package, just 30Mbps package. smile.gif

I called 100 twice to try upgrade but the first guy ask me call 100-2-2-4 to ask from customer service (which I realise is actually the same number after closing the phone. So I called in again and the second guy help me to submit a report asking for people from marketing to contact me again, however in the OCC there it shown a report has been closed instead of submitted. Can I not upgrade it directly from 100?

I did my upgrade through TM sales, i.e. 100, then 2-2-4 like you did. If wait for telemarketing, it may take a long time..

I gave them third call, they say it is under promotion and will have to get telemarketer to call only can upgrade
