That site only record customer detail like address and phone num, they will call u once the address u give them is in coverage.

Guys.. for those who just installed unifi at home for the package RM 210.94 please check with tm center your status. If in the system, your status is still pending @ process, U can still cancel your current subscription and subscribe the 179 package.

Just my 2 cent from a 5-days-unifi subscriber

Just got a call from TM Marketing and confirm upgrade to Unifi Advance Plan (30Mbps). Already upgrade to VIP10 in August and now upgrade to 30Mb Unifi Advance.

Still got my free calls TM to TM landline.
Free Aneka HyppTV
Same cost, means cost me nothing to upgrade.

VIP10 = Unifi Advance Plan 30Mbps = RM179 rclxms.gif

i opened a ticket through occ and ask them to call me to offer me the 30mb package, the ticket status is closed but nobody call me sleep.gif

No equipment will be renewed for upgrade.

New equipment is only given for new registrations.
