Guys just asking....If i just upgrade will the hypptv decoder upgrade to a new one?

FYI....i went to TM DU today. Wanted to terminate my VIP5 & register for the new UNIFI30...CS told me that i don't need to terminate my old line. Only when the new installation complete, i can then terminate it. I live in high rise (condo).

Yes...i want new equipment. No point upgrade & tied to another 2 years contract but still using their old equipment without warranty.

No advance payment or installation fees but CS told me there's additional fees for new registration but i forgot what it was. It should reflect in the new bill. Basically u do not need to pay anything up front.

yes its possible... U need to go to tm shop to apply. No downtime, you will only terminate once Unifi30 installation complete. TM equipment not really better just newer & with 1 year warranty.

I've just realized that i 've collected a lot of tm points but never redeem it. Since im terminating & reapply better redeem it now. I suggest those that wish to terminate & reapply to do the same.

I have 4 questions...especially for those new installation. Hope u guys can help me

1. How to change DNS using tm router RG4332? I have gone through all the settings but cannot find where to change DNS. I even research through google but still cannot find it. It seems TM hide the settings. I bought spare asus rtn14uhp but would like to solve it using RG4332 first.

2. Im on 30Mbps package but my download speed wired never reach 20Mbps even on off peak time. 12am..3am...6am. Anyone having the same problem? Is this normal? When recently installed on monday technician show me the speed reached 30Mbps using his laptop but i never reached it.

3.My hypptv stb huawei ec6108v8 having some error connecting to audio system using hdmi cable. Basically no audio. Does anyone have the same problem?

4. Hypptv everywhere...cannot watch it Playback Error. R u guys having the same problem?

Im able to log in...thats not the problem. the problem is where to change the DNS. There's no WAN option. I think this only effect to those with new RG4332. I even tried to set up new connection but there's no place to put manually DNS.

This is the issue for my router there's no WAN option on the setup only LAN. Thats's why i said maybe TM hide it. R u new installation or just upgrade? I think for those upgrade have no problem coz using the old RG4332 but the newest one cannot. Have u try log in ur router recently? Is there still WAN option?

Heheh...bro. I'll post a picture for u when i go back home after work. I know what u meant... I CAN LOG IN & ABLE TO GO TO SET UP. There's just no WAN option on the left. May i know if u recently upgrade or new installation? or R u TM agent? I think u should know about this better than me.

FYI...my log in does not need password (leave it blank). Just put in user : operator & log in.

I, personally, don't have RG4322 so can't really tell, but from past post from other forumers I know for a fact that if you login through those details it will work

Will post it here. So basically u dont know on how to change DNS on the new RG4332 router. Why didn't u say so instead of me telling u there's no option to change it. Cannot rely 100% on past post coz router & versions keep updating to newer versions
