Facing similar issues as well. 15th package stuck at China custom clearance until now. Its just normal goods and via official sea shipping channel some more.

If for some reason cant clear I rather they let me know, refund me the shipping cost and I go find third party instead.

Everyone should avoid buying from Taobao for now. Both through sea & air. Hold of your purchase until 1st July
Not taobao's fault, it's our local courier's fault. GDex, Skynet & ABX is having a huge parcel overload

My direct shipment has been cleared from customs since 14 May but there is still no record in GDex tracking

This also applies to Shopee local purchases as well, avoid J&T at all costs
Only DHL Ecommerce is reliable for now. They used to have issues during the the first 3 weeks of MCO but after that they managed to resolve their issues already & all of my EHL Ecommerce parcel was delivered within 2 - 3 working days

For J&T, my parcel was shipped from Kepong on 4 May, but they only managed to deliver my parcel yesterday (21 May)
For DHL Ecommerce, my parcel was shipped from Penang on 18 May then it was delivered to me on 20 May

Too late for me. 3x shopee parcel out of china from 15th no update, 2x lazada global from china also no update, 1x taobao 3rd party shipper suppose to ship out yesterday dunno how...

My Lazada Global update, ordered on 5th May.
The latest update shown back to facility of cainiao, but it should be Ninjavan. I checked Ninjavan tracking system it is with them now.
I ordered from Laz Mall, and been frequently contacted them for updates.

Yep, I made that mistake as well, didn't think things through, should've waited until the MCO is over

Shopee China parcel shouldn't have any issue, all my overseas shipping through Shopee always arrive within 7 - 10 working days
Not sure about Lazada as I haven't bought anything from Lazada since a year ago because Lazada prices is always higher than Shopee & nowadays it's very hard to get free shipping in Lazada

DHL also got issues.
I orders something from shoppe on 11th seller post out at 12th. But DHL only updates on 16th. Funny part is the item already at KL 16th takes 5 days to arrive KL > KL

Not entirely true
I've been to several courier companies warehouse because the company that I work for provide fleet tracking services for them, they are definitely having parcel overload & not enough drivers to go around
Several courier companies tried to hire more drivers but the government rule said for anyone to carry lots of parcel in their vehicles, they need to have both GDL license & a company registered van
Those freelance / part time drivers can only carry a limited number parcels at a time

Eh? Those item that you can't track in Dex-i is not using CNYMG numbers?

It is.. all started in CNMYG

However I use 4px go tracked it it shows another item and is heading somewhere I don't know in China.

But in taobao, it says malaysia Kastam cleared on 17. So maybe some error or same tracking number I don't know.

1 of my 3 parcel from Taobao finally appeared in GDex tracking, now waiting for the other 2 parcels
Funny thing is, all 3 of them cleared Customs on the same day

It"s okay, I believe the other 2 should appear in the next 1 - 4 working days

I received my parcel today in the nick of time before the holidays. Yay! Stuck since 15 May, just moved on Thursday, Friday, and delivery today 🙆

Update... Never check the tracking for few days cuz lost hope already but then when i check today, GDEX updated my parcel movement !! At least it hasn’t gone missing haha
