If you taobao for few years, for West Malaysia there are two periods every year really cannot touch or someone must be patient. Unless you are willing to pay expensive commercial rates.

1) During the month of Ramadan --> Unless the parcel reach Malaysia at the early start of Ramadan
2) Somewhere between from Nov 11 until like CNY --> I said somewhere between Nov 11 because if your parcel loaded to airplane like on 11 - 15 Nov or sea shipment can reach Malaysia port like Nov 11. Customs clerance is fast enough.  Then you will be able to escape the sales gimmick Single sales Nov 11. Large amount parcels will start to flood to the couriers. 

After so many years, the same stories are still the same. Our Malaysia companies are still not able to solve this.

1st part - Seller to warehouse - depending seller location, usually 1 to 3 days
2nd part - warehouse to China Port = depending on the ship arrival time + custom clearance, usually around 3 to 7 days
3rd part - China Port to Port Klang - usually around 5 days
4th part - Port Klang to Courier - depending on container sorting+ custom clearance + courier pickup = usually 5 days
5th part - Courier to You - usually 1 to 3 days

This is my experience on normal schedule within 2 to 3 weeks will reach, but now MCO+ covid-19 and etc, definitely longer

Does anyone know how long does this GDEX will pick up these 2 items of mine?

There are currently 2 more items coming (my customer's items), but since mine obviously arrived first, I don't know why it still not yet moved (2 days passed already)

For 5 years I have been using taobao, and this is first time my item delayed so much when it arrived in Malaysia (I understand when Taobao side ship my item late because high volume of parcels). Usually when it arrived in Malaysia and after console inbound, the next day my item will be picked up by GDEX and forwarded to my area GDEX, but now it hasn't move a bit (I went to GDEX fb page, and lots of people having the same issue)



 

Mine also stuck at console inbound since 14th.

Does anyone know how long does this GDEX will pick up these 2 items of mine?

Good luck to all of us my parcel stuck at console inbound scanned since 7 May till now Gdex also cannot track. Said invalid.

same here, expecting to get after Raya at this point

I was so afraid my parcel has gone missing and then i found out everyone is facing the same issue lol.

Anyway, I just read some comments on gdex fb page and apparently someone contacted GDEX and they say china packages will only be sorted on first week of June gg. Don’t know real or not la haha

Max compensation from gdex is RM200 unless have insurance if I remember correctly

May I know the latest update below means transfer to GDEX already or not?
