Not taobao's fault, it's our local courier's fault. GDex, Skynet & ABX is having a huge parcel overload

My direct shipment has been cleared from customs since 14 May but there is still no record in GDex tracking

This also applies to Shopee local purchases as well, avoid J&T at all costs
Only DHL Ecommerce is reliable for now. They used to have issues during the the first 3 weeks of MCO but after that they managed to resolve their issues already & all of my EHL Ecommerce parcel was delivered within 2 - 3 working days

For J&T, my parcel was shipped from Kepong on 4 May, but they only managed to deliver my parcel yesterday (21 May)
For DHL Ecommerce, my parcel was shipped from Penang on 18 May then it was delivered to me on 20 May

App only, to verify that you are human, also got 0-8.8 RMB from the Miao~ coin game.
TMR 9AM will be group fight at that game, 3 teams fight with the total level of team, based on previous one it might be 100 persons.

Also, anyone pernah kantoi kastam when you choose consolidated shipping through sea?

Yeah, I have to pay a 6% SST tax on the second payment.    I'm using official consolidation sea shipping.

is it better to use the auto convert rate to MYR ? Can't use big pay to pay in RMB with better rates? Or maybe their conversion rate is quite good?

Nope, air asia big pay debit card. Usually good for foreign currency purchase. But it automatically changes to RM not sure if there is option to pay in RMB.

Yep starts with CNMYG ordered end of April, reached Malaysia on early May until now no update...status remains "Inbound..." next step should be "custom clearance" but no update....already contact Gdex waiting for reply. I doubt they will reply anything as they havent pick up yet....

Claim refund to who? taobao? Items reached Malaysia but missing somewhere...

Even direct shipping can request for refund also I think

Order on 27 May, received by 3 June. Exactly 7 days, even faster than buying from Lazada / Shopee oversea seller LOL

There are lot of victims

Just received my Taobao sea shipping. In total only 13 days! I saw a few guys here that had their sea shipping departed the port earlier than mine, but mine moved a lot faster (read below on why).


The details of my shipping. It's a large 60 kg (said so by seller but it seems to be a lot heavier) custom welded metal table that fits just below the 0.5 cbm limit. So, I paid only RMB355 for shipping.


I didn't pay any taxes on Taobao product checkout or consolidation checkout. Courier that sent the package locally is not the regular ABX, GDEX, Skynet but this:


The courier guy came alone without any trolley to carry down. We carried the load together. Nice guy compared to the regular brand.

So, I think if your item is huge, it gets delivered by these smaller logistic company. When I saw the tracking status getting cleared custom so fast and picked up so fast, I knew it wouldn't be ABX!
Definitely recommended Taobao sea shipping for big items but not so for small items.

Edit: before the courier guy left, he said "ABX memang slow and banyak orang komplain".
