In the past, whenever I buy anything above RM1K (not 1000 Yuan), I was able to get Taobao to use DHL Ecommerce instead of GDex. Although that was 2 years ago
Nowadays, even for something that costs above RM2K, I'm still getting GDex

Anyone still able to get Taobao to ship through DHL Ecommerce?

Just spoke to Cainiao customer service, cannot choose courier

Not bad mah during this kind of season, still very fast as usual for air shipping

No, i think they assigned randomly, but I used to get DHL a lot, but recently orders for Air shipping are all GDex

Using DHL very high chance of getting tax. Gdex if not because of warehouse "burst" service is good. Always received SMS before they deliver.

Dem. I still have a few stuff that I need to buy from China that's not available locally

I encountered a really weird seller.
Before buying, I communicated very well with the seller.
Once paid, I got a tracking number but items did not get send out.
PM seller but no replies. After 2 weeks, still no movement on the courier picking up the items. In the end, I cant help but cancel and asked for refund.

I cant understand why a seller would want to go thru the trouble and get nothing but a bad reputation. I really no luck buying from Taobao

Maybe you sifus can give me some insight as to why

Some sellers do not sent to warehouse. I kena twice, keep chasing no reply. Then chat with him ask me inititate refund because they don't sent to warehouse

Mine from Agent but rest of them should follow soon. Business back to normal in China but volume is low.

If you can read Mandarin and not using tb official forwarder, ask the forwarder of your choice to give the delivery address version not to have so call the "sensitive word" eg "west malaysia warehouse", "international warehouse" etc. TB integrated forwarder delivery address has such word. One of the computer keyboard that i purchased last year won't send to forwarder too. It is clearly stated on the tb seller page. I used 3rd party forwarder warehouse does not have such wording. It is like normal china office address

im using ezship agent. but if they wont send to so and so, at least reply me and tell me.
before i ordered, the guy/gal I pm with really superb and helped me. suddenly silent pulak
oh and the item i bought also taken off. maybe they no stock, but at least can tell me. the seller only have a handful of products. Before I purchase, I already tell him/her my plan to get them. really strange

anyway, i just ordered from another seller.

As long as warehouse address some sellers won't sent. Doesn't matter TB or others. They won't dispute, refund is quite fast for me. Normally within few hours.
