can i know how much does the company charge per kg ?

pergh dats quite fast..i should use sea instead air shipping!

The shipping rate are CNY 16.7 for first Kg and CNY 7.4 Kg for next Kg.



I paid CNY 32.44 for 1.2Kg including 6% SST tax (item price is CNY 139)

Dunno.. first time buying from Taobao. I ordered since 7 May. Official Sea Shipping is the only available option for my item. Wish me luck

China to Malaysia quite fast, like 1.5 week by sea shipping. China domestically normal 1 day done.
Mine currently stuck in Malaysia for 1.5 weeks already.. stuck in ABX cheras facility 1 week don’t know why.

Dang, that sucks. Hope mine doesn't use ABX

yea sea shipping from CN to MY is fast, but mine also stuck at Subang, 10 days still logsheet ABX since pickup

Agree, shipping from China to Msia is pretty fast, but tend to stuck at Msia side.
Mine one stuck at container sorting for more than one weeks already. ughhh

usually takes around a week from port arrival to delivery based on my few experience with sea shipping.

Have to go thru custom clearance + container sorting + courier pickup

This time it spent extra 10 days at courier itself after courier pickup

Mine just got delivered in 30mintues ago

I see, first time using sea shipping, glad that you can receive before Raya holiday.
Mind let me know how long the whole process takes from placing order until you have received order today?
For my case, custom clearance, container sorting already more than 2 weeks still stucked.
Hoping to receive before raya but seems like impossible already.

Bad time to buy stuff from taobao ? i see a lot of backlog need to clear ? Even my shopee order stucked

With the current situation expect lots of backlog due to local courier. My sea shipment took like 3 week after kastam clearance/local courier pickup to reach me.

Any idea will item arrive here will kena tax or not? BTW is the payment we make on Taobao for delivery will it have extra charging when arrive?

Hey, after scanned and customs cleared, does anyone will update a new tracking number ? or we will just need to use the same until it reached to us? My tracking number is starting with CNMYGxxx

lol, after custom clearance stuck for almost 1 week, gdex finally pickup and they misroute to parcel to kuantan (by right should send to klang).

i think too many parcels , mess up ady. Anyone got same problem?

If you taobao for few years, for West Malaysia there are two periods every year really cannot touch or someone must be patient. Unless you are willing to pay expensive commercial rates.

1) During the month of Ramadan --> Unless the parcel reach Malaysia at the early start of Ramadan
2) Somewhere between from Nov 11 until like CNY --> I said somewhere between Nov 11 because if your parcel loaded to airplane like on 11 - 15 Nov or sea shipment can reach Malaysia port like Nov 11. Customs clerance is fast enough. Then you will be able to escape the sales gimmick Single sales Nov 11. Large amount parcels will start to flood to the couriers.

After so many years, the same stories are still the same. Our Malaysia companies are still not able to solve this.

Thank you for the tips. I learned my lesson.

1st part - Seller to warehouse - depending seller location, usually 1 to 3 days
2nd part - warehouse to China Port = depending on the ship arrival time + custom clearance, usually around 3 to 7 days
3rd part - China Port to Port Klang - usually around 5 days
4th part - Port Klang to Courier - depending on container sorting+ custom clearance + courier pickup = usually 5 days
5th part - Courier to You - usually 1 to 3 days

This is my experience on normal schedule within 2 to 3 weeks will reach, but now MCO+ covid-19 and etc, definitely longer

So far never experienced this, bought few item over RM500, server motherboard close to 1K

CNMYGxxx , G is Gdex so just check on Gdex site same tracking number

CNMYDxxx, D is DHL, there is few more i cant rmb

+ Any long holiday in China
