i want to buy smartphone,direct shipping to Malaysia, but the shipping method state
'Ordinary delivery courier free mail'.. is it true free to Malaysia? or me use wrong method? i login thru world.taobao.com, add to cart what i want, fill up my delivery address... i think nothing wrong.. |

Anyone have bought bicycle from Taobao?how much is the postage fee?
direct shipping available but international postage fee will only calculate after the item arrived at warehouse. |

my shipment from taobao status:
they use Gdex in Malaysia this is status from gdex web: 19/09/2018 18:39:53 Outbound from CCC station Petaling Jaya 18/09/2018 16:46:47 Undelivered due to Under investigation Petaling Jaya 18/09/2018 03:25:54 In transit Petaling Jaya i called Gdex, they explain the shipment is an empty box. that why they cant deliver and under investigation! they weill contact me back to clarify. anyone faced like this before? if the item lost can i claim a refund? |
