My taobao by Air stuck since 6/5/2020 "console inbound scanned" until now no movement at all...tracking start with CNMY..... hopefully it is not missing?? all local courier website can't track anything at all.

The taobao by Sea ordered in April during MCO, arrived 2 weeks after and delivered by ABX.
Whereas this time i wanna receive it fast so used Air and it stuck longer then Sea...what the hell....

My agent already suspended GDEX service because they are severely overloaded. A LOT of parcels from china are stuck at gdex, even those cleared from custom on April 29/30. Sea freight delivered by ABX is now faster than air freight using gdex.

Might lodge a report soon due to inaction from gdex.
Their CS claims no responsibility whatsoever, says it's not their problem cos tracking number is not in their system (this is because they haven't pick up/scan/update tracking).

my item still stuck since 9th May after custom clearance.

And my huge parcel just arrived at my doorstep. Pretty quick, from transit to delivery. I am based in Johor.

Some people file for consumer complaint with tribunal or report to mcmc. Idk if it will do anything but better than wait until parcel lost

Hope so can receive after their Raya although I don't put so much hope on it. How to change the courier company next time yeah cause I don't really want to gdex to deliver my parcel anymore. But seems like this is randomly pick izit?

I'm not sure what happened to the GDex but from what the TB CS told me, they haven't even pick up any parcel from China. Mostly all still at the warehouse waiting for pickup. Looking at the comments from GDex fb page, it maybe legit that they will only deliver the parcels from June which means after Raya.

You need to search from the oversea shipping column cause the tracking provided here is only the tracking number valid on China. For Malaysia, mostly starting from CNMY

Yes, seems Gdex have issue now. BTW, Gdex only arranged local, China is beyond their control. BTW, my agent ask me use Mayexpress, first time heard of this courier in MY.

Wanna ask about shipment status from China as well but I'm not using taobao, I use lazada but item from China.

Items shipped out since 8 May but until now still in transit from China to Malaysia. 10days already..

package arrived at warehouse but not yet stored, item not appear yet in consolidation list, never been this slow before

missed the time when they send sms to notify when item ready for consolidation

Hey, I am not sure what but my recent order still received the consolidation message via SMS, but now the package status is "Console Inbound Scanned". Not sure how long I have to wait until it is out for delivery as this is my first experience to buy stuff from Taobao.
