package arrived at warehouse but not yet stored, item not appear yet in consolidation list, never been this slow before

missed the time when they send sms to notify when item ready for consolidation

dont use an agent to buy item for u. they usually take extra charge via currency exchange.you can buy it yourself.
but use 3rd party forwarder. meaning u buy your item yourself but ship it to your preferred forwarder's warehouse so then the forwarder will ship it to your door

usually takes around a week from port arrival to delivery based on my few experience with sea shipping.

Have to go thru custom clearance + container sorting + courier pickup

This time it spent extra 10 days at courier itself after courier pickup

Mine just got delivered in 30mintues ago 

Does anyone know how long does this GDEX will pick up these 2 items of mine?

There are currently 2 more items coming (my customer's items), but since mine obviously arrived first, I don't know why it still not yet moved (2 days passed already)

For 5 years I have been using taobao, and this is first time my item delayed so much when it arrived in Malaysia (I understand when Taobao side ship my item late because high volume of parcels). Usually when it arrived in Malaysia and after console inbound, the next day my item will be picked up by GDEX and forwarded to my area GDEX, but now it hasn't move a bit (I went to GDEX fb page, and lots of people having the same issue)



 

I use CNMYG tracking on Gdex but it gives some kind of error.

I wasn't sure if consolidated shipping is going to be cheaper than direct shipping so I just opt for direct shipping instead

The item package at above should be reached warehouse(and this might stuck the package status at delivering to warehouse), then at bottom showing you also packed it, and paid the warehouse for send to MY, and it is also sending out from warehouse, which can be check under new order using new tracking id(If I am right).

Well, their system is mess up one, so...
Wait for you to receive the Gdex package and reply back?

No new order for the warehouse to MY package?

5 days should be for the item that send from seller to warehouse, you can extend 3 more day after it is 3 days left.

If I am not mistaken you can request to extend.
