Anyone experiencing delay with Dex-i sea shipping? I was told the ship will delay for 3-4 days but still haven't arrive

I contact my forwarder. Another parcel using air shipping already arrived, but sea shipping is taking longer than usual (now delayed for 1 week already)

No new update on the tracking but my forwarder told me that it should arrive to malaysia's port today.

Did you order directly from taobao or use agent/forwarder? Have you tried contacting customer service?

If order directly from taobao, you can contact taobao's customer service.

Mine is at custom already, now waiting for clearance.

My agent already suspended GDEX service because they are severely overloaded. A LOT of parcels from china are stuck at gdex, even those cleared from custom on April 29/30. Sea freight delivered by ABX is now faster than air freight using gdex.

Might lodge a report soon due to inaction from gdex.
Their CS claims no responsibility whatsoever, says it's not their problem cos tracking number is not in their system (this is because they haven't pick up/scan/update tracking).

Some people file for consumer complaint with tribunal or report to mcmc. Idk if it will do anything but better than wait until parcel lost

In April, my dex-i agent told me there will be 1 week delay from Malaysia's side (gdex), but now almost 3 weeks still waiting lol.

As for dpe express, my other 2 parcel using skynet (used sea & air freight) ordered in April already arrived in early May

Anyone currently have their item stuck at port? My shipping agent told me malaysia's port is "congested" now and will be delayed

Do you guys still manage to order from taobao despite the lockdown? Some sellers say they currently can't ship (not under quarantine but literally no courier available, exiting/entering different area very troublesome now)
