Need you guys help. 

On Nov 11, I ordered 5 pieces of framed arts from Taobao. I chose 4px as my parcel forwarder. That was my first time i ordered from Taobao. I didn't aware until 2 days ago that 4Px changed the rule on Oct 10, using volume metric weight and actual weight, whichever one is higher, to calculate the actual weight of the parcel .

I've 2 parcels (already shipped by seller but yet to reach the warehouse) and each parcel dimension is 93(cm) x 73(cm) x 17(cm). I believe each parcel actual weight is less than 5kg. If using volume metric weight calculation, the weight of each parcel is approx 93x73x19/6000 = 22kg !!! Total weight of 2 parcels is 44kg. I tried to ask the seller to reduce the dimension but they said can't do it because the items are fragile. The total cost of my framed arts is only RM520. Based on my own calculation, i need to top up another RM820 (at least) for the shipment . I'm insane if i proceed to ask 4px to deliver. Is there any alternative solution ? 

I've a few items i'm still trying to buy from Taobao but I'm not sure whether the weight of the new items can be counted as part of the 22kg/parcel (volume metric weight) or have to treat the new items separately ? I'm still trying to figure out way to utilise my shipment fee. I can't find any information on the web. Hassle to communicate with Taobao/4Px as i need to use google translate everytime.  

If no solution, probably i will default my items, let my items stay in the warehouse beyond 90 days and get dispose by 4px. Probably this will be my last time i shop Taobao

Yours havent send out? The CS dont even reply...end up as slow as using sea shipping.

Edit: Ok finally mine just consolidated just now n sending out.

Should i make refund if my item no arrive in warehouse?

Me ordered 13 november. Now still no update status, stuck at *[China] is sent to service point being delivered the way, pls prepare to sign (sending pieces of people. 2015 nov 13 friday 13:25.

Almost expired the duration, 2 day and few hour left.

Oh gosh mine is stuck there too. First time use 直运. Usually I use 4px no problem can arrive within a week or so, but this time I paid on the 18th, and still stuck at 正在出库 until today. I downloaded 阿里旺旺 and ask the shipping company and they didn't reply me.

maybe seller gave wrong waybill number is no update at warehouse.

so u mean my item already on the air on the way to me? but status no updated? i already asking for refunding, but rejected ady by seller, then i made another 1 now in progress. i pmed the seller in english before they dont see like know how read english

unsure, best to check with the fowarder...but if using Zto sorry they hardly reply messages
