Same Zto really useless...if i know, shouldve use 4px even though more expensive at least immediately consolidate and send out. Seems ur status not even consolidate yet.

It will be best dont use this shipping method. Worst ever experience. Previously tried with consolidate shipping method 4px and another and both is good. 4px better at having notification at phone.

This.. ordered since 11.11. Pending at warehouse after all item arrived for 6days. Trying to contact them since day 1 and no reply at all. Trying contact to CS and said due to 11.11 need wait. Keep on contact with CS until 27th and it finally shipped out.

for yours finally? mine not even updated. still sending to warehouse it saying. asked for refunding, rejected by seller, twice.

They will not update.. i contact to taobao CS for few day straight near to 1 week.. few time a day. And only on 27th the CS able to contact the warehouse and make it ship for me

guys, how do i estimate the shipping charges? if direct shipping cost RMB200, choose consolidate method will cheaper a bit?

usually it takes 3-4 weeks to arrive to malaysia and got it delivered to your doorstep.

be patient.

take a look at china logistic company and massive volume would wow you.

they send SMS to you saying item arrived in the warehouse
and then you login taobao and go to https://consign.i56.taobao.com/user/consoli...=0.0.0.0.YoNydP, click merge pay and it'll bring you to the payment channel like before.

usually after this part no update for 3-4 days...and then suddenly go to customs.

taobao global is expensive, cheapest abx first kg rmb 35, i use my one only 22 rmb /kg , heavier then cheaper, reaching 3-5 days also

what i experience from this this round of 11.11 sales is that all the local china seller can deliver on time (i.e. within 3 to 5 days, worst also 7 days) but the international shipping company cannot cope with the volume which result in big delay.

somemore i don feel got lots of saving (mayb a little bit la). if u need to things urgently, my advise is not to buy during peak season (e.g. 11.11 or the upcoming 12.12 sales)

yeah, i stay in china and i know what is going on, all courier company recruit part timer during that period to deliver parcel, pay like 6-8k rmb/ month

local shipping (within China) shd not be problem. cause in China they have plenty of courier companies and able to support the huge volume. whereas for internal shipping i think is less than 5 companies so avoid buying during peak season else the waiting time will kill u.

So far all my items shipped by taobao global direct shipping arrived safely. 2nd order got delayed a bit because it took almost 6 days to arrive to the warehouse.

Has anyone tried buying smartphone using global direct shipping?
