im also using 4px, u need to track at 4px site i think but mine show nothing lol.

4PX not bad. 4PX uses Airpak. Therefore you can track in Airpak site after you get tracking number.

As for ZTO (Aka Taobao Direct), I can finally share horror story today. I had one order shipped via Taobao Direct (Also handled by ZTO) and another consolidate shipment via ZTO directly. The consolidated one only done on 27Nov but received in 1 week. The one with Taobao Direct really headache. One order with two bags, and after waiting for almost a month, item arrived but only have one bag. They only refund me RMB5 shipping since so long already and they cant answer my complain. Now I trying to nego with Taobao to get money back guarantee for my bag worth RMB68.

Hi guys,

Im curious do we have any alternative other than the one above?

Like is there any 3rd party logistic that provides even cheaper shipping than the conventional forwarder?

For example, i saw one of the forwarders called my best only ship for rm 12 per kg. Anyone has any experience using them?

oh thanks for the 4px tracking info.
no wonder i get nothing when check in 4px site lol.
anyway my item reach singapore first, wonder why not direct to malaysia hmm.gif
if not sure can get the item earlier by 2 day.

Yes... last year go to shenzhen they told me about this shipping.. but that time 1KG = RM10 only...

I try recall again....

why u all like to create trouble for your self?
save abit of money but wasted so damn many time......

just get a reliable forwarder that have company in Malaysia, everything settle.....

Anyone kena sensitive charge for order CPU Cooler/LCD screen before?I\Before this i use agent and no need pay sensitive although being warned the items are sensitive items.

Guys, i have found the answer. Just search 马来西亚代运 in taobao. This are the 3rd party forwarders other than the one recommend by taobao. One example is aioks.com.

i not sure, but is reliable.
they will help you settle custom as well.
if you use the daigou service, normal user is 8% of the total cost and SVIP member is 4%, they will settle the gst and provide free insurance (got limit - check).
i use them to ship 3 unit of MI Air filter, all arrival 50% faster then estimated date. They settle all the tax as well.
I just need to pay 8% extra for the total purchase only.

Received my parcel last week and found out one item is not in the parcel so proceed to claim refund on the lost item and delay shipment. The shipping company said it was shipped and rejected the claim on the item but allow to claim the delay shipment compensation. however, i receive the lost item yesterday (apparently they ship out this last item separately) so only claim the delay shipment compensation.

I was cheated by Taobao Global Direct Shipping (TGDS). I order 6 items and chose TGDS. It quoted RMB89 to ship the 6 items to Malaysia. All the items were delivered by the seller to TGDS warehouse. However it rejected and returned 4 items claiming the items were too big to pass through their warehouse. Due to the rejection and not wanting to accept the items, I have to compensate the sellers for inland china transportation cost. TGDS shipped the 2 items which weight in total less than 0.5kg. The shipping cost was not reduce and remained and RMB89 eventhough they shipped 2 items instead of 6. The only way to contact them is by phone which will cost a bomb.

I subsequently reordered the 4 items which TGDS claimed to be to big to send through 65Daigou and I have already received the item. I am still wondering why TGDS can't send the items when 65Daigou can and why TGDS did not refund the shipping fee for the 4 items rejected and not send. Why is there no online communication where we can communicate with TGDS. One thing I can say is that I feel cheated and will never use TGDS even it is the cheapest. Cheapest here can end up to be most expensive.

I am now buying through 65daigou and are happy with their services hitherto.

I have contact Taobao customer service and was told there is no online contact with TGDS. Communication is only by phone.

One more thing, TGDS DO NOT check your items before sending. The seller sent the wrong colour to them and TGDS just send the item over unlike 65Daigou who check for you the items ordered with what were sent by the sellers. 65Daigou contacted me whether I want to accept, reject or ask the seller to send the correct colour.
