I applied via ringgit plus also quite fast n get free Samsung Galaxy V
Eg. Apply today, within 1-2 working days Citibank call to submit doc, after submit, Citibank call to verified n next day the card is approve, got the card within that week as well.

A few months ago, I got rm30 coffee bean voucher from citibank too.. I redeemed it without problem eventhough my points is too low to redeem rm30 worth of voucher. I check my redemption history in online banking. There's no history of redemption at all.

how you tell them you want to redeem voucher?

i first asked them to check whether they can see the e-voucher in system or not, then they say they dont hv such system to check, i must give my card to them, they straight away redeem like that

i got sms.. the sms said, I just need to show the sms to get a voucher. Actually, it wasn't a voucher because i have to buy on the spot and then they will deduct the amount based on the voucher value. During redeem, they did swipe my citibank card..

I think it'll lump together with other categories.

If the lump sum is not more than RM 20, you'll get in the next statement.

All rebates will be credited (> RM 20) by statement date.

oic..so meaning if the rebate is below RM20 will be accumulated and then shown in statement at a later date, when it reached RM20?. smile.gif

If below RM 20, nothing will be shown in the statement section but the amount will be shown under "CITIBANK CASH BACK PLATINUM SUMMARY"

If more than RM 20, it'll be shown in the next statement as "*CASH REBATE CREDIT"

All details will be summarized under "CITIBANK CASH BACK PLATINUM SUMMARY"

If you have Online Banking access, you can know the accumulated rebate at the time of login at "Total Available Reward Points:".

The "CITIBANK CASH BACK PLATINUM SUMMARY" is in the PDF/printed statement not in the e-statement from Internet banking.

I'm having problem paying my Citibank card from Maybank account via instant transfer or normal IBG. I got Transaction declined. Reject code: [0089].

Anybody else facing the same problem?
