i'm confused with online transaction and oversea transaction...

citi premiermiles visa gave higher points for oversea transaction, but is booking airbnb or uber in oversea consider oversea transaction?
*
Yes. Oversea transaction. I used Uber oversea before. They are considered different business unit than the one here

Recently made a purchase from a florist using Citibank. The transaction was not given reward points and after some checking, it turned out that there is such a rule as in 3.3 (l) in the T&C. I thought all retail purchases are entitled to points or cash back and was not aware of such T&C before.

3.3 To avoid any doubt, we will NOT include the following items in the calculation of RP or
PM:-
(i) for Cards:
(a) transactions made on Flexi Payment Plan, Cash Advance, Dial-for-Cash, Easy Pay (EPP), Balance Transfer or Balance Transfer via Instalment Plan;
(b) payment for Card account, annual fees, interest payments, late payment fees or charges for cash withdrawals;
© refunded, disputed, unauthorised or fraudulent transactions;
(d) government service tax and other taxes imposed by law;
(e) any form of service of miscellaneous fees;
(f) premium for Credit Shield or Credit Shield Plus or any other credit insurance;
(g) payment of rates, charges, fines to Governmental, statutory and judicial bodies;
(h) catering and out-call food and beverage services;
(i) donations and contributions to charitable, community or social service organizations (including charitable organizations approved by the Inland Revenue Board for tax relief);
(j) fees or charges to any education establishments or institutions (including professional and vocational training centers);
(k) child care services; and
(l) special events/ categories (including funeral and crematoria services, clothing rental, photographic or video-graphic studios and florists)

From my view large amount spending basically being excluded from point reward.

The florist transaction was my first encounter on such exclusion. All my other retail transactions always get points from Citibank. But looking at the T&C, there may be quite a number of possible transactions that will not get the points.

I have had the card for 2 years, but unsure whether these T&C are newly revised or already in place originally.

Hi there,

Need your kind input there.

Citibank Premiermiles credit card holder can enjoy free limousine ride from KLIA if I were to present 3 sales slip ( in foreign currency).

I will be arriving at KLIA 2 and take LRT to KLIA. Am I eligible?

Regards,
Sam
