last week i receive sms from citibank, saying with 5 swipes i can get RM20 coffee bean tea leaf voucher

i did, and received sms saying voucher is with my card, all i have to do is to show coffee bean staff my card then can redeem

so, i went to coffee bean, redeemed RM20 voucher, who knows they redeemed using my citi points, not the voucher,,

how you tell them you want to redeem voucher?

i first asked them to check whether they can see the e-voucher in system or not, then they say they dont hv such system to check, i must give my card to them, they straight away redeem like that

is it easy to get annual fee waiver for CITI PREMIERMILES VISA CARD? first and second year they waived, but now coming into 3rd year.

Are you existing card holder?

called citibank card, wanted to terminate my premier miles card, but agent advised me to keep the card, and try my best to swipe RM1500 by next month (my annual date is april), then might waive for me..

so i will keep first, but i dont think i have that much to swipe.

Sorry is premier miles.

No, i have too many cards that grant me PPL access, has been using this card only for coffee bean (15percent discount) and duty free shop at airport (15 percent discount for liquor)

So i will wait until next month, see whether they will waive AF if i cannot meet the spending they set. Will terminate if no waiver

Scb world miles = unlimited entries
Pbb visa signature, world master card = forgot total how many
Uob visa infinite = 2 entries
Aeon big and Aeon gold = 12 entries

any special / privileges from this prestige card?

premiermiles only can enter KLIA1 , KLIA2 not allowed.

3pm, i call to ask waiver for my premier miles, they say cannot, then i terminated the card

do you have any transaction on the card after they charged you the AF?

Just went to coffee bean, was told that Citibank updated the discount policy

Now clear card only valid for buy1free1 offer, cannot get standard 15percent offer.
I Normally dine in alone, so I was able to get 15percent discount all these while, but now they told no longer available.

Tried to search Citibank website, couldn't get any poLicy stating this.

got any outstanding?
