Received this email this morning, is this mean that until 27th of June, i will have cashback of Grab RM15 only, (not RM25 because of proportionate), right?

I've been with Citibank for more than 22 years. Today I called them saying that I wish to cancel my credit card. For the past few years, Citibank just waived my annual fees so that I'll remain their customer.

Sadly today, with UOB, they asked if I wanted to switch to other cards with lower or no annual fees and I refused. So, they proceeded with canceling my credit card.

Guess I'll transfer my money out from other Citibank accounts and let it become dormant.

I don't feel the call centre as friendly anymore compared to when it was Citibank.

Sad that it's no longer Citibank. cry.gif

But happy that I avoided UOB. bye.gif

Anyone going to redeem their miles? Saw this article from RinggitPlus and I am hesitating to whether redeem or wait. Because citi miles never expired and once convert, it will expired in 3 years. Still not enough miles to redeem yet. XD

As confirmed with livechat officer, Miles/Points convert from Citibank to UOB will still remain as evergreen, however I'm more worried on the redemption part, as the UOB redemption required more points (UniRM)

Any sifu here? Advice to redeem all the points/miles first?

Is it still possible to pay off partial balance with cc points? Don't see the option for it but remembered that it was possible last time.

Hi all, any of you had previously come into a situation where your statement was generated one day earlier and you didnt meet the minimum spend of rm500 for the month due to this and eventually missed out on the cashback?

Referring to citi cashback card.

Sadly..
You called them prior to the Annual fee charging?
If already charged then just use for another year.

Just to update about my first overseas trip with citi premiermiles.

1. Depart from klia terminal 2 with citi pm you are entitled to enter travel lounge which is same floor with McDonald's before to your boarding gate.

2. I touched down at klia terminal 1 so I can redeem for free airport limousine home providing with 3 credit card slips I can see the counter kayak not really looked into it nor check on the details merely copped and let me go.

3. Airport limousine near gate 1/2 you should able to see the counter which is just behind the gate

Pictures taken were too big to upload otherwise it will be easy to use as reference.

Not sure if I should still keep this card, I applied for quite sometimes and just leave it underneath the deep drawer. Maybe any sifu here would provide some good insights whether should I keep or cut
