I think we're referring to the same thing. I just make sure I don't rest my arm on the panel when winding up the window lest my bulu tangan would get caught.  rclxub.gif

if youre pressing the button, your arm shouldnt be there anyway =p

just nak tanya why this temperature display going high?

1. tank cooler full + spare tank also full
2. time drive on aircond no problem temperature still ok
3. but when stop around 20min sambil on aircond temperature display akan naik

my question is its becoz of the panel board cotrol low and high speed fan problem or got something else? coz as i know this preve only got 1 fan and got low and high speed function for the fan

No idea, better drive to nearest SC a.s.a.p. The temperature should never be exceeding half.

Hi,

I am newbie here. My friend's Exora Bold oil cooler hose burst last week. The car had to be towed to SC in Puchong. My Preve CFE already 70,000km, 3 years 4 months but SC never mentioned this issue every time I go for servicing. Why is SC quiet about this?

Guys
Im planning to do some modification to the preve
Should i change to R17 tyre or change the coilover and suspension
Because my front bumper always 'sweep' the road sometime at steep decline&incline/roadbumps/roadcurb
And which will improve ride comfort

Are you driving the stock Preve with 205/55 R16 tyres? If you are, then chances are the underside of your front skirting/bumper will not knock on the ramp of a slope, unless you are driving too fast. The clearance of the car is adequate and can clear most if not all speed bumps and ramps in basement car parks etc.

Yea, not all speedbump, mostly my front scrape during steep incline/decline and sometime i can't estimate whether will it scrape or not
Plus deep pothole also scrape my car
Sigh
My heart hurts everytime i heard the screeching sound from my bumper
So i prefer to increase a bit the ground clearance

215/45/17 will make things worse, because overall diameter is a tad bit smaller.

Unless you do 225/45/17, which is just a tad bid bigger than your stock tyres.

You need to slow down. If you change to coilover adjustables, the comfort will be gone, but can reduce chances of scraping.

My car has to slow down to 0 when I go through ramps, because will surely get into contact.

And that scraping sound biggrin.gif You know you're f*cked (well, your front skirt) when the sound occurred when your front tyres are still on the ramp.

From Prevoc FB group, it seems like all SC has directives to only change the oil cooler hose at 40k km service interval or when it's damaged/leaking. If yours are still working fine, they wont do anything.

So change the tyre will at least get a ground clearance is it?

The places i got scrape something are HKL new elevated carpark, my house ramps garage, 'disguise' potholes, some speedbump, my university hostel area, sideroad curb

My underbody got scrape too ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ
Usually i slow sown to 10kmh or 0kmh depends on situation,
Sometime it pass through, sometime mesti kena scrape
