Anyone experience why air condition compressor cant kick in even after pressing the on button but blower fan moving n is there a fuse for air cond.tq

My preve cfe recently air cond. cannot cold n send to air cond sc n told me gas n oil is full n he said he cannot do bcos of panel problem. Can anyone got this problem bfore give advise.tq
