Raw design is not everyone cup of tea or coffee.
A lot of ppl they missed what is the bigger picture.
As property buyer I would rather have MRT station with elevated covered walkway just a short distant away. As property buyer i would rather have a vibrant retail at ground rather than "dead" retail for all the conveniences. If Ekovest going to pass the saving in the form cheaper rental rate to retailers to encourage them to open the shop earlier so that the retails can be occupied soonest possible. Retailers have stronger holding power as well while waiting for the footfall to build up. I would also rather have a VP on residential property where all components such as retails and office are completed at same time rather than in phases. I would also rather Ekovest honor the full LAD.
Then again, cannot stop anyone commenting about the raw concept. To be honest it is not my cup of tea as well however other matters are more pressing concern in my book.

https://ekovest.com.my/wp-content/uploads/2...pdf-small-1.pdf Perhaps some of you have read this, sharing this here for those who wants to understand the concept behind the design. "As raw as sushi" "Leftover construction materials" "Minimal plastering" "Bare finishes" I guess the approach is very drastic as people who put their money in to a development expect to be able to quantify their investment but when the developer go with a sustainability concept with the keywords use above, is as though they are sending a message they they are using a heavy cost cutting measure

My only issue with their approach is they took the bare concept literally to the point that all the wires dangling, walls and pillars with rough cement patches, nails sticking out. I hope it is just unfinished work and they will put in effort to smooth this out

It is not VP yet. Propcafe just update the latest info to share. All like jump the gun haha...maybe the lift would be painted like in the pic above eventually? Personally, i felt tat the cyberworld is so critical to ekc developer. They are trying to come out something different..good try. Just let them finish their job and we will see n shoot if really not feasible to live. Sa far it looks ok and the mall doesnt feel dusty becoz of the raw design.

Tiles up or normal wall with paint also with dusts on hand if you touch on it. Matter of more or less. Raw wall may attract more dust becoz of the raw surface. Sealant it will be a good idea. Developer if read here..pls consider it ha

QUOTE(sosobear @ Feb 28 2019, 10:58 AM) anyone attended the cny luncheon ? Did dev mention when getting keys? I didn't attend. So no direct answer for you. If no one else answered, try calling the developer. Each building is having its VP schedule. It's count down time to me compared to those snail pace of construction progress. Cheers.
