Omg...rusty lift? Is the developer want to quit this biz? Sound suicidal to me.

It is still work in progress...just like the mall....will not make all happy. But now, it seems everyone is ok with Mall ady. Even overheard an old aunty said the mall is very nice when i was there. Well, understand not everyone like this. Since still WIP....buyers just hope the developer will "polish" the finishing in last stage. It actually looks ok, but to make more ppls happy, developer should do a bit more. Else, JMB can do it but may not do it right hahaha.

True. I think the problem for some buyers is they were not informed on this concept when they purchased. All were caught in surprise. Some like it but some are not. Normal lo.

It's quite the opposite.
If you have followed the progressive photos, it is a huge relief that this maiden mixed development didn't go abandoned but slow moving this far and it's about the VP.

Rusty stuff is surely not perfect and not satisfied but far better than projek terbengkalai. Safety is more important also than rusty stuff.

Let's take more photos and tag to their fb.

the brochure also didn't show much except exterior building concept.

Agree with your suggestion.

Once developer wash off their hands and dump it to future JMB, any upgrading or betterment will be at the expense of the owners.

Wondering how much is the proposed maintenance+sinking charges?

Ya, this project certainly will be vped. However i guess many will be harshly dissapointed with this project. Not many can accept this raw concept and certainly future maintenance will be pricey. Can't imagine if buying a house not painted, no ceiling, no tiles, rusty here and there...i guess we will be rioting at the developer office lol. In future, better siam far far if this developer launch project, our mindset cannot catch up with his modern classy concept.

Well, to each his own view. However as for me, i take it as a lesson learnt when buying property. Expectation and assumption can be a grossly mistake.

My reply above is "if buying a house" ...not referring to this eko however agreed this statement could be very sensitive especially posted in this thread. Just hope this eko a success in Cheras...it is almost perfect tho...

Inside the parcel, can use "mocked"/sample unit as reference. It has the paint from ceiling to wall.
Outside the parcel, ie walkway, common areas, it is expected(not seen yet) somewhat matching the sushi rawness of the mall. If and only if the sustainability concept being implemented well, maintenance fee should be sustained at a rate for a while.....

The proposed maintaince+sinking chargee was 3Xsen psf the last l heard a couple of years back. Can't recall exact number. Not sure about the latest charge.... Other forumers pls advise should one has the latest info...
