full furnished 3000 per month can make to the purchase of +/- 600k ?

Scott garden such a location, their 1 bed duplex rental about 2k-2.5k fully furnished.

Eko Cheras direct link mrt, complete by 2008 that time, I dare to say rental won't cheap than Scott garden.

Arte is based on Non Sch-H, commercial property. EKC SOHO Block J & H are Sch H project. Both are different category.

Sunway styles , they will invite their exiting tenant in Sunway pyramid. TGV possible. 

Anyone know IPC have any cinema ? If so, Mytown cinemas should be same name with IPC

If Youcity does not have a cinema, then the people of this area can choose to watch at nearby cinemas via MRT
1 station away - Cheras Sentral (TGV)
2 stations away - Leisure Mall (GSC) / EKC (TBD)
5 stations away - Velocity (TGV)

My personally believe my town will success than velo, brand new "area" compare to Maluri, cannot imagine those area next to velo... Mess man

Savills recently took over CB Richard Ellis Malaysia (CBRE).

Long time ago, CBRE did managed some malls as well, including the infamous SStwo Mall.

May l suggest all buyers to feedback the concern about mall management at their BOOTH in every property exhibition/event? Buyers can suggest your idal mall management to them.

Remind them if EKC mall failed then all malls along other river also will not come to life.
At least we have done our part.

This is crazy. Refinance after sold. Ekovest cash flow so lousy need until the extent to go through all the fuss just to refinance? They need signature from all the buyers. That's desperate move. The next question is what if they could not get 100% return signature. What's next then? How the hell the dato got property man of the year? This is really joke of the year. Any taiko going to write in to ask what's going on?

Only heard of developer getting consent for land initially not charged but subsequently need to get loan which is a messy process

I think they not only need to get purchasers consent but maybe also the end financiers consent

Actually they should call a briefing session for all purchasers...
