Well, I am just one of the Cradleton buyer that had been following EW very much since 2013's EcoSky and EcoBotanic.

What I answered above was from the conversation btw my goodself and the senior staffs from EW previously. It definitely doesnt represent my discussion above on behalf or whatsover.

Maybe u can visit EM Gallery again and try to ask the more senior SA or the managers.

I only confident what am I buying and trusted that they have freater ambitions that they able to deliver me a good township, good precincts and of coz, good follow up and improve if there are any mistakes. No point if my house quality is superb but the township is dying and has no potential to grow further.

Anyway, lets stay tune and chill up. And we can ask the progress again say by end of this year and early 2016.

Thanks for your inputs.
I have spoken to many EW staffs, of course some are manager among them. Let me assume that holding a manger posts are consider a senior staff.
I would suggest you to find out more from some others senior staffs. You might not be trusting their answers as much as you do now when all of them would give you a different answer with full of confident. If you trying to get know and ask in more details, you might turn upset as i do now. Cause you will eventually find out that even themselves doesn't know what is going to happen on Cradleton.
I would rather take these answer from them as their point of view instead of the official answer from EW. Cause they do not have to bear any responsibility on what they have told you if it turn out differently in the end.

The senior manager that you referring, does EW have to pay legal responsibility if things are not delivered as he/she promised?

Bro, understand your situation if few ppl given their confrm answers and thus it may conflict on what we thinking and believing.

Senior positions can be managers and above. But, for me, I would ensure he / she is senior position of which department. In this case, I am referring to Sales & Marketing. In EM, you may refer to Alvin, Tracy or Evon.

But I understand that verbal is one promise against a promise via black and white. I nvr see any developer or any listed company will uphold or be responsible in legal for the verbals agreed by their staffs lip esp if we question them how it is going to be exactly the same as the brochure bcz there are some grey area into it.

But so far, I am fine with the answers given by them and its fair as they mention they are trying to deliver as best as possible.

Good luck bro!

Your guess is right. Non staff should not vote, let's not unethically collude with EW. shakehead.gif

If they want votes, they can list as as staffs and give us staff's privileges. laugh.gif

Yes the public is eligible for voting even though they are not the employees of the participating employers. Through the video, the public will do their own judgement whether the participating employers deserve a vote from them. The public votes will account for 10% of the total scores. How I know? Because my friend called up TalentCorp to find out and shared with me.

Now with slow property mrk, and increasing cost due to high inflation (our myr depreciated almost 10% against usd), developers also try to minimise discounts if they can.

I personally don't think EW will give steep discount to purchaser even if the market worsen than now which already quite slow. This doesn't seem to be their practice, at least till now doesn't seem to be the case.

i noticed some lrt/mrt related residential project also struggle to sell more than 60% despite being launched more than 2 mths liao. If it is in 2012 and 2013 during DIBS days, this similar projects sure more than 90% sale within 2 mths or less.

I don't think so too... won't help their sales much even if they do so. kind of boosting recession speed only.
I perhaps just like we end user. Holding power is kinda important for these developers too at challenging period.
