i bought my tenderfield cluster in sept 2014. hv since signed S&P and paid my 2nd 10%. Am awaiting my 3rd 10% payment but dunno when yet?

Today's EM Under the Windmills is even more crowded than last week! What a success considering no media publicity for this event except for FB and YouTube.

The cars keep flowing in and some are parked near Gentlebre.
Can see the cars queueing at the traffic light at the East Gate probably driving in to EM.

swan lake is a tourist spot now.
EW can start to collect entrance fee, sell ticket for fun and set up some food stores. Handsome income to support administration expense before hand over 1st phase.
Haha...

Next month bring over the transformer tour from penang. Haha...

Just some simple light refreshment like mihun goreng, spring roll, drumet as the focus of the event is not on the food. Anyway, got 3 food trucks.
Saw people crowded for the game but I didn't join lah. Just walk walk and take some pics.

No wonder road leading there jam. I saw alot of people turning into EM. Didnt know got some kind of event

The SAs too busy to serve the buyers / potential buyers. Don't want to disturb them to get the update.

I think should have I saw 2 interest buyer place booking.
But of course still have available units

But seriously the windmill damn fake. Even my cousin agrees with me. Doesnt look as good as what shown in paper Somehow credit must go to the marketing team, manage to pull a huge crowd to this event and make it look like a theme park and cause massive jam in semenyih for the past 2 weekends.

Lol... Just an event, don't think we can expect something similar in Holland...

I have "carnival" kind of feeling when I was there. I will rate this as a successful event from the point of relatively little spending but manage to pull such a huge crowd.

Exactly. It's fake but looks damn good in photo. That's how ppl got attracted to it.

Also d food also attracted the crowd i am sure. Msians love free food.

I went there after 2pm, jam 1 hour to go in and 1 hour to get out, without going down for the event, just too many visitor.

Don't think will go for this coming weekend event.

A little suggestion for those who wants come to EM during weekend.. Rather taking the Lekas Semenyih exit, better take the Pajam exit. Yeah, toll higher and longer distance, but better than jam for 1 hour..

Construction of Ecohill link is completed, currently awaiting the inspection from JKR and LLM.
