we can choose to use EH or EM link whichever we like for smoother access. However there are never a best of both world.
once the township is mature and developed, it is not possible to have low traffic. Which developed cities are not jam? In the other hand, it is a sign of success transformation if nearby residents have the preference to pass by EM over current Jalan Semenyih.

Hmm, I am not critic the location of Semenyih. The new access to Lekas is sound like the best solution and also one of the selling point of EM and Ecohill. If it is making no different from the access via old semenyih road, I don't think it is good.

Actually somehow we shouldn't be too harsh on this as well.
If someone are interested to buy they should have just ask instead of stand there wait people to serve. Don't get offended if no one come and serve you cause they wouldn't know who like to be served.

As everyone feedback, with so many visitors everyday. They really can't serve everybody equally well.

Some are here for the fun, not intended to buy invest any property. If they are so agreesive to serve everyone, many would not feel comfortable for their hard sell.

So, please don't hesitate to ask.
I know you are a potential customer, but you can choose to be a understanding potential customer still.

Guess you probably are aware that EM is having the Under the Windmills event for 1 month long.  EM will have 3 more launches this year - the Rumah Selangorku, Mellowood precint and Brighton, ie the double-storey commercial units.

actually I am not commenting on how many percent they could deliver. I just wonder what are they building, cause none of them can answer me so far. You seem so confident that it would be a water fountain?

I am fine if they handover Q4 2016 or 2017, my concerns is they have staffs standing infront and telling peoples very certainly it would handover on Q2 2016.

For now, let's see how they provide us the purchaser update first. Perhaps we can gather buyers who are interested to know more about Cradleton to have a Q&A session with them if they do not update us accordingly as they promised. Not sure how many would show up. Maybe just me alone are curious.

That was my first visit there. I don't know the new phase is Mellowood. I am referring to Phase 8A/B/C/D/E
