I was there around 12 pm bringing my cousin to check it out. I saw plenty of cars park at the first roundabout during that time and people start walking. I was like wtf....this people willing to park and walk almost 1.5km (I checked the distance from the welcome center to the first roundabout from east gate) Somehow I manage to park close to the welcome center and thus, short distance of walking. The hot afternoon was unbearable and we left after 30 mins checking out the park. My cousin with kids on stroller had difficulty even to check the demo house due to the large crowds. And it took us another 40 mins to goto broga for lunch. I make a mistake and should have taken the Bandar academia roads to leads toward broga instead of via the normal jalan semenyih. That would have cut down the time to perhaps 20 mins.

Seriously just cant wait for EH to open up the links to ease the traffic.

Yeah, trugly agrees on it. Job well done for such successful event. Manage to pull my cousin who live in KL just to check out the hoo haa but somehow, left an impression, Dude, how the hell you manage to live with the traffic everyday like this ?

Construction of Ecohill link already done... Now just need to wait local authorities to give green light...

Can somehow or someone able to push for it to move "faster"?

Sam gor, is SEH fiber ready? Means unifi/maxis home fiber can apply for those VP units.

Same with EM. Wonder EW will get TM to lay all the fiber infra during construction time and when cradleton VP that time, then owner can go apply for unifi or home fiber broadband.

Yeah, as Samkor said in his post #520 here, used the Pajam exit during the event time which what I did. In fact, last time EM did advise to use the Pajam exit for the grand opening of its sales gallery / Lee Hom concert (don't recall which one already). Anyway, once the Ecohill link is open, the problem should resolve by then.

I heard Tiara East is going to install the unifi cable, not sure how true though..

Seriously eyesore with unplanned projects culture in bolehland. Developers did nicely already the Taman or township. But due to this cable not yet lay or that cable not yet lay, then come this TM subcon Korek the road and then lay again. After that simply tampal back, 2 days later the road koyak, potholes here and there. Knn. Why can't they just get everything plan and laid nicely before cover up the roads.

From what I can see in Tiara East, telekom folks only came in to install somewhere in June this year after VP in May 2014. It took them almost a year before finally install even though the developer already chase them. The typical answer from Telekom, they want to see at least 50% occupancy before implementing

Anyway as of todate, they are still still testing the unifi infra even though registration is open for the residents. The earliest according to TM, they says is Aug but knowing TM, I think it should be somewhere in 4th quarter.

Question is, does EM or EH house comes with unifi ready plugin point inside the house ? If yes, then it's good for buyer else they may need to pay extra to make sure during reno, this is taken into consideration. I just found out Tiara East internal houses still runs on copper for phone line...damn.

Can feedback to EM project team? Is a common sense that the house should be internally ready for fiber cable.

TM is seriously stupid with 50% occupancy policy. very no brainer

TM has very lame policy. I think TM dare not mess around wif big developers. Has anyone verified wif SA, is phase 1 Cradleton HSBB ready? Is the whole EM township HSBB ready?

Economic very emotional and also investors confidence related. With donations as claim, investors lost confident and keep selling MYR.
But still, buy property keep as asset, if not your money in bank u see it keep dropping its value daily.

Current situation reminiscent of 97/98. Falling currency and bank reserves. Hmm...

So at times like this, property still best investment? Any other views on this?
