They will do it as per brochure. But, dont expect 100% lah, lol bcz that was ID with great graphic. If can reach 90%, I would claim this is going to be most beautiful township in Msia for next 5 years at least. 3. Delivery is 3 yrs from S&P which is about June 2017. With such progress and I remember Datuk Chang's speech that they are trying to deliver it by end of 2016, they are capable to do so. But if too many heavy rains and floods season, it could delay it but EW very confident for early delivery as they have so many contractors on their line. Actually, my advise for my friends who all are buyers that they gather the questions and ask the SA or Managers on the day that has no event. I pretty sure they are more than willing to ask u to sit down with a coffee and cake serve and slowly answer ur questions with their iPad. |

Are you representing EW or you are a buyer like Us? actually I am not commenting on how many percent they could deliver. I just wonder what are they building, cause none of them can answer me so far. You seem so confident that it would be a water fountain? I am fine if they handover Q4 2016 or 2017, my concerns is they have staffs standing infront and telling peoples very certainly it would handover on Q2 2016. For now, let's see how they provide us the purchaser update first. Perhaps we can gather buyers who are interested to know more about Cradleton to have a Q&A session with them if they do not update us accordingly as they promised. Not sure how many would show up. Bro Diver Lim, for few times I were told by the EM staff that if there are pictures on the brochures or their marketing materials, they will try to deliver the final products as close as possible to the pictures. You remember there were series of Tea Time Talks in the past whereby they have the yummy cakes / pastries in their brochures? Those photos in the brochures were taken from the real baked ones. The North Gate and the roundabouts seem quite satisfactory to me. It will be great if one day EM can show to us some slides about final products vs the pictures from the brochures.

I was told that residents from EM will be able to access to Lekas thru EcoHill. Is there any possibility other residents from Semenyih will pass thru EM to use the same route?

As these will be public access roads (not those roads in each precinct) not impossible for the public to use it. But since now EM project is still under development, the access into EM will be closed after office hour. |

I was hanging around at the Welcome Galley. Unfortunately nobody come to entertain me. Ha, probably I am looking not affordable with million products. Anyway, well done for Eco Majestic on the concept and landscaping. A like must given to them as they restrict owner to change the facade. However, interior and material selection are average. Probably they expect owner to heavy renovate the unit. |
