Actually today I am even disappointed.
I found no one standing there would actually knows is going on for Cradleton when I asked around.

Everyone told me different things when I ask about the landscape of Cradleton.

One told me grass backyard another told me no.
one told me water fountain entrance, other told me no.
even when Icoincidently spoke to a manager. He also not sure. At first tell me will be normal landscape roundabout, later tell me will be exactly like what they printed on purchasers book. So I showed him the water fountain photo, he change again and tell me if it's printed water fountain, then it will be water fountain.
So? What is what now?

Even handover date, I was told Q2 2016 earlier but today I heard another EW staff telling other families would handover on 2017. So I walk ahead to clarify, he some more told me it's not possible to handover before Q4 2016. So, who should I listen now.

Luckily they have the right attitude.
The manager told me they are working on provide purchasers periodic update on the progress constantly. They already done some images. Should be working on the update. He even get my personal email address and told me he will capture the draft of the landscape for Cradleton and email to me. This I not sire true it would happen, I am not expecting it. Hopefully at least we can get the periodic update.

Hmm, saw ur frustration above but let me answer the 3 questions above.

1. Cradleton, behind backlane is garden with greens.

2. As per brochure, the roundabout is with water fountain. Yes. They will do it as per brochure. But, dont expect 100% lah, lol bcz that was ID with great graphic. If can reach 90%, I would claim this is going to be most beautiful township in Msia for next 5 years at least.

3. Delivery is 3 yrs from S&P which is about June 2017. With such progress and I remember Datuk Chang's speech that they are trying to deliver it by end of 2016, they are capable to do so. But if too many heavy rains and floods season, it could delay it but EW very confident for early delivery as they have so many contractors on their line.

Actually, my advise for my friends who all are buyers that they gather the questions and ask the SA or Managers on the day that has no event.

I pretty sure they are more than willing to ask u to sit down with a coffee and cake serve and slowly answer ur questions with their iPad.

Unless is new phase mellowood, where things not yet firm up, impossible they don't know what is selling price. Merrydale, Tenderfield all got selling price already.

Hmm, am sure you r referring to upcoming phase of Mellowood. Its not firm yet.

Phase "8x" is the Tenderfields Precint with SD and Cluster.  Hmm... understand your frustration then as that (pricing) could be one of the most basic questions to answer.  What I suggest is that you sit down with the (more experienced) SA and request them to explain to you the features of the products, the township etc.  They have the iPad and layout of the precinct that can show you the available units and the price of your interested unit.

Yes, they could. They can use both EH and EM link.

As these will be public access roads (not those roads in each precinct) not impossible for the public to use it.  But since now EM project is still under development, the access into EM will be closed after office hour.
