Looking at current condition, I think the enforcement won't be in action.
I believe there are not clear instruction or regulations for any authority to inspect on this matter.

By the way, my left neighbor were rented out and my right neighbor planning to rent out as well. Even my opposite house are rented too.
Kind of disappointed since I though this neighborhood will be solely owner stay.

All these owners buying Saron for investment must be penalised for flaunting the "law", not sure whether it is a law because it seems like authority is not bothered.

These owners/investors are "cooking"/inflating the house prices unnecessarily and I wonder how the younger generations would be able to purchase these houses in the future.

In my opinion, if you want to speculate/flip houses, do it on normal houses and not on rumah mapu milik, rumah selangorku, pr1ma, etc.
Give others a chance to own a roof for their family...

R22 Only. It is standard non-inverter piping. 2.5HP max for living hall, 1HP for master room.

Standard piping .. so saving in buying air-con, no need think about inverter, eco-saving, kills .. n +++. You install 1.0hp for master room, cool enough ? Can't fix for 1.5hp ? If use R440, need to do a big hacking, rite ? coz the wiring and piping is inside the wall.
What brand you bought ? I visited 2 elec shop, both of them recommend samsung.

To me 1.0 HP is cool enough, not sure how is it for you. If morning, depending your master room facing direct sunlight or not, and if you have fan, black-out curtains & tinting.
I didn't ask whether possible for 1.5HP. Because footprint of room quite small, unless you want to cool the bathroom as well.

Yes removing the entire piping is a hassle plus inverter air-conds are costly.

I've bought Daikin. IMO quite noisy during startup. You may try Panasonic and update. Nothing against Samsung, but I think their specialty lies with LCD screens.

From my experience, 1hp in Master Bedroom is more than enough.. I even put timer on to switch off the AC unit during early morning. I use 1hp Panasonic for rooms and 1.5hp for hall..compressor is quite & all is fine.

I pass by yesterday and now I understand why Saron owners are not very happy with the fence, its a tricky situation we have here...

I wonder is the entrance big enough to build a guard house and boom gate...

I doesn't know if the fencing like this are appropriate and the arrangement approved by municipal council.
Just my opinion, isn't the field are reserved and shared by both Saron 2 and Nobat resident?

Hi Caviars, thank you for the photos.

If I may ask, how did you derived that the walkway belongs to Nobat? hmm.gif

In my opinion, one should measure from curb (Nobat side) to curb (Saron side) and divide it by half, then I would think it is fair.

But from the photo, it looks like Saron is being short changed.

Anyways, perimeter fencing on freehold housing estate/community is illegal in the eyes of Klang local council law.

Only housing estate/community with strata titles are allowed perimeter fencing in Klang.

Hi All,

I have question regarding your electric bill.

Mine on Sept is RM4.XX only... then suddenly raise to RM590.00 in October(i haven't move in there yet)...

I report to TNB and the came to check yesterday..it caused by leakage in the electric main board by around 7-9 KW..not sure the measurement mentioned by TNB correct or not...

Also, im not sure that leakage berjangkit to all electrical device such as refrigerator...tv..dvd player..i've tested it using test pen...all got power leakage...
I call the samsung taiko from Bukit tinggi to check my peti ais luckily its not damage and he suggest me to shut off the peti ais.. has anyone encounter this?

And can i claim the RM500 bill electric from SD?

Thanks

Wow. RM 590? What do they mean by leakage? 7-9kW is quite substantial. Is it 7-9kW/hr?

And mind to share how did you manage to check using test pen?

Just fill in the DRF. I'm sure they have to entertain your problem.

Im not sure bout the measurement unit... :-) may be it is it 7-9kW/hr

Just touch the test pen to the steel part of the device...and if there is a leakage the bulb in the test pen will on...

Just fill in the DRF. I'm sure they have to entertain your problem.

Yeah already fill in the drf..as usual 14days required. Nonesense!
