Any knows saron house renovated by KT KHIM? Is their workmanship good or bad?

If not mistaken, they will sub-out to Indonesian worker nearby for the renovation as per the last conversation with them.

Doesn't know their workmanship, but I'm not taking risk on it. I engaged those that are more experience in renovation which the boss do work on site.

Mind to share renovation quotation here?

The quote I received from 3 chinese contractor are almost same, construction of kitchen with slab ceiling 10ft x 16ft, rm25k.

Kitchen concrete table top, electrical wiring, door & knobs and tiles & tiling workmanship not included.

I need for fixing lights and fan..

Llumar quote me rm11/sqft.
My new friend which install recently told me wynbloc and max tint are less than rm2k for whole Saron house.

For intermediate Saron unit, Raytech charged me RM1400 for entire house.

I thought all houses facing either north or south direction, and there is no direct sunlight. Still feel the heat?

Saron 2 houses are facing west/east direction. Those facing west get afternoon sunlight directly to main bedroom.
