im a little bit disappointed. gotta say maxis is still the best. the speed might not be as fast as celcom but atleast it is stable and reliable.

I'd say give Celcom a little more time to see if any upgrade is being done to their network to support the larger user base. The response to this new First Basic 38 is just too overwhelming.

maybe by year end they will have another package, which will be less than RM36, you can always switch to the cheaper ones, no contract for DiGi

True.. but I am heavy data user. 3gb not enough... if add 1 gb data for digi is rm28, celcom is rm15

actually i think the other way, they directly tell us the package condition early of the stage. is good for subscriber. i like that. some more 1 year time, telco keep on change plan 1. see the smart plan from digi will know, their marketing kind of dynamic and change plan from time to time. if i am not tie to digi iphone contract early this year. i for sure sign up this already.

Should be the 'fast dormancy' effect, it switches to low power UMTS and when there's activity it needs to switch back to HSPA.

So means that no way to solve this problem?

They say that it will last forever once you subscribe, so unless you go and change your plan, most likely you can enjoy the same rate for a long long time.

u need to pay up extra rm3 on top of rm38 ringgit of the plan to get detailed billling even via email(free for bill summary only 'front page') when it should be for free instead.

this is what i get from the customer service from laman seri blue cube, anyone can confirm on this?

No, I don't think that's ready at the moment for this plan.

Choosing this mode means you won't be able to enjoy LTE signal if you are in coverage.
