If your monthly usage for calls and sms more than 50 mins and 50 sms, perhaps Maxis offer is suitable for you. But any TnC? like only valid for 6 months?

Yes, you can do auto billing via its online. If you have registered for e-statement, there will be no charges for itemised billing unless you are asking for paper statement, then there will be RM 5 charges.

Mine on billing page shows "Enrolled for Tele Order" as No. Maybe you accidentally enrolled for it? I believe you can unsubscribe it via OSC.
