My experience, 60Hz to 75 or 100Hz = huge difference.Read from other's feedback, 100Hz to 144Hz = small difference if play games like CS:GO

The U3818dw is similar specs to LG UC38 I think plus better connectivity but without Freesync 75hz and Bluetooth audio. I saw U3818dw spec sheet, it can actually run 85hz but not officially maybe.

34" ultrawide watch movie also enjoy, 38" even better
