QUOTE(blstz @ May 18 2015, 09:31 AM) Update: Just contacted CS live chat. The person taught me how to enter international number and how to send sms I understand that they have to cover all angles before issuing report lah. However, she also told me to try to enter 131 before the mobile number to send international sms. eg. SMS to australia would be "131(61)4-12345678" Wonder where did this come from? I did give it a try but also cannot. Finally after much convincing from me that it should not be a number issue, she submitted a report for me. Mine also cant seem to send international sms. Will report to CS live chat. if number problem, jz add "00" in front of the country code instead of that unknown "131". if not number problem, then is telco problem dy..

all the add 00 or 131 in front is bullshit. just ask them to make a report and ask the technical team to look into it. my sms issued fixed, ocs report was edited as "PPID fixed". apparently is their system issue, dont accept a half cooked solution to a simple service issue.

QUOTE(nas @ May 18 2015, 10:34 PM) How's the Celcom LTE coverage in Ipoh? Pretty less coverage. Most of the time is H+ or H. 4G only available in very few places. Inside the town (depends on what area) has selective 4G coverage too. Anyway, the line there is stable most of the time. For me H+ is more than enuff!

The thing that puzzle me is why celcom include wifi in their package?..since the coverage area are ridiculously limited..there is no plan to widen up this wifi are though..
