went to port from umobile to celcom on sunday. checked my ic saying i got overdue in maxis and digi so blacklist already. when to settle all the overdue which dated 2010 and 2012...and went back to blue cube to fill in porting form.

waited for 2 days no sms, yesterday called the cs saying no record, when to blue cube they said already done, ask me wait.

today call again, hq still no record, as me go back to blue cube and ask for transaction number. went to blue cube, the person said will resubmit for me again on the spot. submitted the application at 2pm, porting process from umobile to celcom done at 3.30pm. only 1.5 hrs process cost me to wait for 3 days....

How to request or celcom will auto send me?

mine also showed 13/4 in ocs, also activated on 29.

The speed getting more annoying....

Skudai johor. An update on the issue. I filed complaint to celcom via ocs yesterday.just now one cs called me regarding this. She explained that this plan the speed will capped at 7mbps. I'm not convinced saying no terms written on the tnc. She said like that she will open a report for me and refer to technical department. Then I receive email inform the report is opened moment after the call.

I think we better off 4g and just use 3g...

when u are away from malaysia, and receive call and not pick up, the call goes to voicemail right?
it will be charge international rate AKA roaming charges, the voicemail, the moment it goes into voicemail, 1~2 bucks gone~
but can request to deactivate before go oversea,come back activate back.

I called to celcom and double confirm with the matter that day I port to celcom

i did not have to pay 1st month for the mnp when i port, today the sms comes and show last month i paid 35.15 including stamp duty.

i cannot send sms to international number, anyone has this issue?

already did a report. but it is frustrating tho, issue happened when i actually needed to send the sms.

Yesterday did the report today celcom call me said will assign someone to investigate the case.

all the add 00 or 131 in front is bullshit. just ask them to make a report and ask the technical team to look into it. my sms issued fixed, ocs report was edited as "PPID fixed". apparently is their system issue, dont accept a half cooked solution to a simple service issue.

digi also did promotion on smart 50 high data comes with extra 1gb, make it 3 gb.
in fact if u do utilize more talk minutes and sms, it is of better value plan than our basci 38. but, if u dont use as much, basic 38 is of better value.

H isnt 4g....u need to go to 4g coverage to test the speed...
