QUOTE(spikey2506 @ Apr 23 2015, 11:24 PM) There are different versions to this if you read in the comments on the article at LYN front page. Some say will last forever, but some say will only last for 6 months. And all of them said they got the info from CS. And the one I called just now could not give a definite answer. I'll go to a local branch tomorrow to get an answer and apply. as usual. not everyone on the same page. yes, better go to their office and ask. heck, if you have connection, go ask the manager or somethingoh, and go record the conversation. if the counter say permanent 3gb but after 6 months they revert to 2gb can sue them. heh |

reading all these reading, why celcom speed look like crap compared to maxis? are they purposely capping or what? i know speed is enough for normal usage, but if they say it's 4G, they lie also right?

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ May 19 2015, 02:05 PM) Now Maxis is in dilemma, If match Celcom 38, it will be like self cannibalism business to Maxis One plan lite RM78. very true. and they just released that stupid supp 48 line. could have been their chance, but nope. they didn't take itNot responding to Celcom is because Maxis don't know what to do now. |

QUOTE(sHawTY @ May 19 2015, 04:23 PM) They're loosing both ways actually. yeah i know. guess i'll change when my exams are over. maxis too slow.It starts with losing lots of customers, when that happens, profit shrunk too. I have just MNP'ed from Hotlink to Celcom Basic 38. I'm not the type who makes lots of calls, so data is more important to me. 50 minutes free talk time is more than enough. It's free to all network pulak tu. Aku register awal², takut promosi tutup nanti, melepas. Malas dah nak tunggu Maxis / Digi turunkan harga. Lembab sangat. |

So got my basic 38 today from Blue cube in klia2. Didn't mnp cause will be too late. So just purchased a new number instead lol. It's faster this way plus I don't have a lot of contacts anyway.
So currently facing a problem of my Internet very slow and unstable. Even with the 4g and 3g icon showing. Tried to get phone settings but didn't work. So I was thinking maaaaaaybe I have to wait a while for it to stabilize. Anybody faced this problem? |

QUOTE(UserU @ May 31 2015, 01:01 AM) I thought it's just because my number just registered with the system hence the slowness. But you are already registered for some time so it's kinda weird if you're having the same problem. I just hope it's just for a short while and not prolonged. |

I just found out that Celcom 4g isn't actually free. It's only free till December 2015. Then it's rm10 per month
I just hope they change their policy by then though. Compared to maxis, I THINK it's free for all 3g users. |
