Just MNP from Maxis SurfMore to this Celcom plan.
I'm not sure whether BlueCube Sunway Pyramid is more efficient or there's other reason. Somehow my mnp process is very fast compare to others in this thread. Around 7:00 o clock filled in my form, 7:30 received sms from Celcom, 7:40 received sms from maxis, 7:50 port in successful. |

mine was charged 1. RM10 (stamp duty) + 2. RM38 (advance payment) + 3. RM22.03 (pro-rated charge from end of last month till current billing date) my question is, what is the RM38 advance payment for? tried the online live chat. the CS has no idea at all. |

Next time when you want to terminate, they will use this to offset your last bill. If got any balance will refund to you by cheque. ( pro-rated ) I believe many telco like U mobile also required advance payment. |

QUOTE(karheng @ May 20 2015, 12:50 PM) advance payment is just like "deposit". Ah.. So it's like that. Now I understand. Some telcos treat advance payment differently. DiGi uses it to offset the first billNext time when you want to terminate, they will use this to offset your last bill. If got any balance will refund to you by cheque. ( pro-rated ) I believe many telco like U mobile also required advance payment. |
