For celcom 38 basic,
They are charging 5ringgit for the itemized bill. Is there any rebate for opting e-bill?

Only saw 5rm for itemized.
So it'll be free if i opt for ebilling which comes with itemized

Just ported to celcom basic 38 and created account on OCS.
When i went to celcom to register, i requested for auto pay which they photocopy my CC.

I just checked in OCS and there is no CC linked to it.
Do i need to do it in OCS again or will it take some time before it reflects in OCS.
