Now Maxis is in dilemma, If match Celcom 38, it will be like self cannibalism business to Maxis One plan lite RM78.
Not responding to Celcom is because Maxis don't know what to do now.

very true. and they just released that stupid supp 48 line. could have been their chance, but nope. they didn't take it

digi also did promotion on smart 50 high data comes with extra 1gb, make it 3 gb.
in fact if u do utilize more talk minutes and sms, it is of better value plan than our basci 38. but, if u dont use as much, basic 38 is of better value.

waiting for the cloud to come hahaha...nowaday with the GST thing..too many thing to settle ...

me also still thinking coz once lockdown..changes of changing back is ZERO...should make a poll..maxis or celcom

They may be selecting customers.
Can either work on the model of less customer but more value or more customers less value. Perhaps a model of corporate customers vs retail where the former is big value but the later is small value.

Another good example is local banks vs foreign banks or german cars vs malaysian cars

Its good because it gives consumers choice.

With Celcom for the first time and since friday last week.

hi, on this part, we send them sms, no need to be charged like it's an sms sent right?

no charge for sending sms 28882.

another way is login to ocs, click on "My Plan & Services ">View & Manage Data
only able to view data usage, no call and sms info.

This is important for all Basic 38 user..register yourself on the celcom website..your account..call..internet usage..even to solve any problem is so useful..

They're loosing both ways actually.
It starts with losing lots of customers, when that happens, profit shrunk too.

I have just MNP'ed from Hotlink to Celcom Basic 38.
I'm not the type who makes lots of calls, so data is more important to me.
50 minutes free talk time is more than enough. It's free to all network pulak tu.

Aku register awal², takut promosi tutup nanti, melepas.
Malas dah nak tunggu Maxis / Digi turunkan harga. Lembab sangat.
