QUOTE(LordSparda @ May 11 2015, 10:34 AM) Yes, I have. No difference though. Funny thing is that I can even see the Celcom building from my office window, haii... Is there any way to complain about the shitty reception I'm getting? Otherwise have to go back to U mobile for better reception (still can't believe I'm saying that, lol). Note: to be fair, at ground floor of my office I can get full 4G reception. I lose that once I go up to 16th floor. Mobile coverage is like a umbrella, better coverage occurs at lower floors while bad signal in high floors, unless your office has install those antenna to solve reception issues

QUOTE(psyeo @ May 17 2015, 01:41 PM) Basic 38 plan right? I know a total of 4 basic 38 plan user including me. All cannot send SMS to international number. Report lodged but they have not assigned anyone to it yet.. Zzz I guess all basic 38 cannot send SMS to international number. Not sure if this happen to other celcom plan or not. Can call but cannot send SMS. If less than 6 months customer think cannot use international service?

Too many users moved... Why is now feels like it was on purpose by celcom to suck all the customers to improve services on other telcos?

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Jun 9 2015, 02:28 PM) Those who need more talk time minutes can opt for latest Xpax Magic Sim. It's a prepaid sim with free basic free internet similar to that of #hotlink as long as your line is active. Can subscribe to various internet plans tailor to your needs. Eg, Rm38 plan gets 2GB+2GB data and Wifi, 150min talk time and sms (better that basic38). No monthly commitment like postpaid. Can carry forward unused data up to 2GB if you auto renew the plan. http://www.xpax.com.my/internettncCorrection. is 150min talk time OR sms And is only valid for calls within the same network, not applicable if you are calling to digi or maxis user.
